With almost 40 years of experience with development of detailed Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling of complex public works and private sector projects, we utilize Oracle P6 Project Management scheduling and Microsoft Project software for development of integrated project schedules for projects of all types. Our work includes development of baseline schedules and monthly updates in coordination with our client's project management and supervisory team members.
